purple dawn

So... it's hard to get up in winter... it's warm and cosy in bed. It's cold and well... cold outside.
There are good parts though! In Brisbane, it's not tooo cold! And my favourite... at the moment the sun is rising that little bit later but not so late yet that I'm running in the dark. Instead I get to see beautiful dawn skies as I wake up... Make the most of this beautiful treat before the darkness takes over in a couple of weeks! L. x

winter cheer

Sometimes it's the little things that cheer you up... sunshine, blue skies and bright yellow jonquils! Seriously, how could these little bundles of goodness not cheer you up?! Dad sprung this little treat on me this afternoon- thanks dad- and tehy made my day!
So, once again it has been some time since I blogged... I seem to do lots of reading of blogs but when it comes to writing... well it's enough to keep up with texts, emails, facey, twitter... let alone blogging as well!
I do have good intentions of trying to get regular with my blogging... for now though it's just the jonquils! x
